New Era Cap 59Fifty fitted hat for the Pittsburgh Pirates in red and black colorway, featuring 1971 World Series side patch. For most people, Pirates colors mean black and yellow, but their little known third color is actually red. So for this one, we opted to bring Scarlet into the main fray by dressing the crown in red wool. With two-tone looks to keep it from being too bright, we’ve swapped out the side patch colors on the 1971 World Series logo to feature Metallic Gold, a perfect companion to Scarlet. Rear logo is embroidered flat for a premium feel with matching colorway, and it all comes together to make a Pirates fitted that’s new and different, but still within team colors.
